missingWrote a review on Nov 04comfortable bedexcellent showercold roomnoisy toiletineffective heating
The bed provided a comfortable night's sleep, and the shower had excellent water pressure. However, the toilet was noisy and ineffective, which detracted from the overall experience. Additionally, the room was cold due to the heating system not being operational, making it uncomfortable. While the breakfast options were acceptable, the room’s failure to provide basic amenities was disappointing.

Family with children, decent place for a night
The staff was friendly and helped us out when we needed an early check-in. The room was well set up, with a king bed that was surprisingly comfortable for my long travels.
It wasn't exactly cheap for what you get, but still acceptable.

We enjoyed a fun visit to the nearby Iron Bridge Sports Park, which was perfect for my kids. The breakfast was solid, and the staff during our evening stay were quite pleasant and accommodating. The room was spacious enough for our large family, making it a comfortable choice.
In my wife’s opinion, the hotel could use more family-friendly amenities like a pool or play area. The hallways felt a bit neglected, and there was noise from other guests that interrupted our sleep.

I appreciated that the location had various options for fun and entertainment. My family enjoyed visiting the sports park nearby. The morning setup for breakfast worked well for us. The rooms provided the necessary comfort for our stay.
The hallways had a discernible smell of smoke. We experienced issues with our room not being ready due to a mix-up with the cleaning schedule.

The complimentary breakfast was surprisingly tasty, and the cozy little pool area was perfect for unwinding after a long day. It was nice to have access to coffee all day as well. The only downside was that the elevator was a bit slow, but it didn't ruin my experience at all. 👍
